Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to FacelessReels SI at facelessreels.si. It explains the information we collect to provide account access, AI video creation, subscriptions and support.
SI accounts, content and purchases are separate from other FacelessReels services. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy notices.
Information we collect
We collect your account email, account identifiers and settings, project inputs, uploaded media, generated content, billing records, service logs and information you send to support. Creative inputs may include scripts, prompts, narration, reference images, voice and music choices, and episode context.
If you choose email-code sign-in, our email provider Resend receives your email address and the sign-in message. Codes expire after ten minutes and can be used once. We keep verification and rate-limit records to protect sign-in, including keyed identifiers derived from the email address and connection IP when available. Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information to support.
Google sign-in and Google data
Google sign-in requests the openid, email and profile permissions. Google may return basic profile information within that response. The current service uses the verified email address to create or locate your SI account and does not save the returned Google name or profile picture. We do not receive your Google password. The privacy policy does not authorize access to Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts or YouTube channels.
A short-lived authorization code is exchanged on our server for a Google access token so we can obtain your verified email. We do not persist that access token, request offline access or store a Google refresh token for this login flow. After sign-in, the workspace uses its own revocable SI session. Signing in with Google does not connect a publishing account or give us permission to upload videos.
Information received from Google APIs is used for the sign-in feature described in this privacy policy. Our use and transfer of that information follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for personalized advertising or use it to train generalized AI models. You can review or revoke the connection in your Google Account; separately sign out or request SI account deletion to end the corresponding SI access.
How we use your content
We use your creative inputs to plan scenes, generate images and speech, render videos and deliver the versions you request. Saved projects can include earlier versions, so editing the latest version does not erase earlier content.
Private media is available to your account and authorized services through access controls and time-limited links. Anyone you share a working private media link with may be able to view that file until the link expires or access is revoked.
Service providers and data sharing
Infrastructure and storage providers host the application and media. AI and media providers process the inputs needed for the feature you request: for example, narration and voice settings may go to ElevenLabs or APIMart; visual prompts and necessary reference-image links to APIMart; script-planning context to APIMart, ModelSell or EvoLink; and text to SeeAPI when moderation is enabled. Available providers depend on the selected feature and service configuration.
Payment providers process transaction information, and email providers deliver account and service messages. Provider retention and processing practices may differ from ours. We do not send Google sign-in tokens to AI-generation providers.
Analytics and privacy choices
Service records include generation requests, task status, credit usage, errors and download events. We use these records to provide access, restore interrupted work, reconcile payments, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
When enabled, public-page analytics is on by default unless you reject it or your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. This default is not a record of your consent. Change the Website analytics preference below or in account settings. Your browser preference lasts up to one year. Rejecting optional analytics does not disable sign-in, payment or video creation.
Google Analytics receives public page paths without query strings and limited campaign or interaction information. We exclude private project paths, scripts, project titles and email addresses from analytics payloads. Product events use a pseudonymous identifier, and advertising personalization is disabled.
When enabled, Microsoft Clarity provides public-page interaction recordings and heatmaps. Private workspace and administration pages are excluded; login dialogs and creative input forms are masked, and pages with query parameters or fragments are not recorded. Clarity analytics storage is permitted only after explicit browser opt-in; advertising storage remains denied. Hosting and measurement providers may process ordinary connection information.
Security
We use HTTPS, account ownership checks, revocable sessions and time-limited media links to restrict access. Credentials remain in server-side configuration rather than public client code. Authorized service processes still need access to content to render and deliver your videos. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Protect the email or Google account you use to sign in, sign out on shared devices and avoid sharing private media links unintentionally. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@facelessreels.si.
Retention and deletion
Deleting a project removes it from ordinary workspace access, stops unfinished work where possible and revokes its showcase permission. Account deletion revokes SI sessions, replaces the account email in the active account record, marks projects deleted and archives associated characters.
These actions do not immediately erase all stored media, historical versions or audit records. Automated permanent file cleanup is not currently enabled, and no fixed deletion schedule has been adopted. Financial, security and operation records may also be retained for accounting, disputes or legal obligations. Contact us to request permanent erasure or discuss a specific retention requirement.
Your rights and children’s information
Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction or an explanation of how information about you is used. Email us with the account address and the type of request. We may ask for proportionate identity verification so that someone else cannot obtain or delete your information. Legal and security obligations can affect what we can remove or disclose; we will explain relevant limitations.
The service is intended for adults aged eighteen or older, or the higher age of legal majority where required. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can investigate. The rights described in this privacy policy do not require you to purchase credits or agree to optional advertising measurement.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide an updated explanation for material changes in processing or new permissions.
For privacy requests, contact support@facelessreels.si from the address associated with your account. We may need relevant information to verify the request. You can also manage account and privacy preferences in Settings.
Payments and subscription records
Subotiz processes payments through its hosted checkout and customer portal. To create your checkout, we send your account email, an internal payer identifier, order reference, selected price and the information needed to associate the subscription with your SI account. Payment details you enter in hosted checkout are handled by Subotiz and its payment service providers; our application does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
We receive and store payment and subscription references, invoice and customer identifiers, amounts, currency, billing periods, status and refund or dispute information needed to provide access, allocate credits, reconcile payments and respond to support requests. These records may be retained after account deletion where needed for financial recordkeeping, disputes, security or legal obligations. Review the notices presented in Subotiz checkout for its own data handling practices.

Website analytics
Public-page analytics, including Clarity interaction recordings and heatmaps, is on by default when our SI analytics service is enabled. Login and creative input forms are masked, and private workspace pages are excluded. You can change the preference for this browser here. Email preferences are separate.
Signed-in account preferences also apply. Manage them in account settings.
