The rules for using FacelessReels SI, creating content, managing subscriptions and requesting refunds.

Eligibility and acceptance
By using FacelessReels SI at facelessreels.si, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least eighteen and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract; a higher local age of majority still applies. If you act for a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Accounts and sign-in
Provide accurate account information, keep access to your email and Google account secure, and sign out on shared devices. Email-code or Google sign-in identifies your SI account; it does not connect a social publishing account. You are responsible for activity you authorize and should report suspected unauthorized access.
Subscriptions, content and account access from other websites do not automatically transfer to SI.
Using FacelessReels SI
You can start from an idea or script, review the scene plan and confirm narration before production. Review the settings, quoted credit cost and generated output before use. AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to other content; we do not guarantee factual accuracy, copyright protection or a particular creative result.
Editing a project can create a new version without removing earlier versions. Saving a draft does not itself produce a finished video. SI currently delivers videos for you to review and download; it does not automatically publish to social platforms.
Content and licenses
You retain the rights you hold in materials you provide and may use generated output subject to third-party rights and applicable law. You grant us the limited permissions needed to process, store, render and deliver content for the features you request. This does not give us permission to publish private projects as promotional examples without your separate approval.
Music, images and personal rights
Use only scripts, images, music, recordings, voices and likenesses that you own or are authorized to use. Obtain the copyright, synchronization, privacy, publicity and other permissions needed for the intended use. A link to third-party content is not a license.
You are responsible for required permissions, fees and claims arising from your materials. To the extent permitted by law, you will cover third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your breach of these obligations. We may restrict affected content or access when we receive a credible rights complaint.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect intellectual-property, privacy and personal rights. Do not request or distribute sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm, hate, unlawful instructions or deceptive impersonation. Do not present generated media as authentic evidence.
Do not upload malware, access another account’s content, manipulate credits or bypass ownership checks, moderation or service safeguards. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.
Subscriptions, credits and cancellation
Subscriptions are purchased through Subotiz hosted checkout. Review the selected plan, price, billing interval and any applicable taxes before paying. Monthly plans are billed monthly; annual plans are billed for the full year in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval until cancelled. Credits are allocated monthly, including on annual plans, and are consumed by the operations you request. Credits have no cash redemption value; any refund of a payment is handled under the Refund Policy below.
Production requests show a quote for the operation and reserve the relevant account allowance. A completed candidate settles its quote; failed or cancelled work is handled according to the recorded operation outcome. Releasing or restoring generation credits is separate from refunding a subscription payment. Do not repeatedly submit a request merely because progress is delayed: use the existing task and recovery controls.
To stop future renewals, open Billing in your workspace and use Manage subscription to access the Subotiz customer portal. Complete the cancellation before the next renewal and retain its confirmation. If the portal is unavailable, contact support@facelessreels.si for assistance. Cancelling renewal normally leaves access available until the end of the paid billing period; the portal displays the effective date. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments. Deleting a project or account is not a substitute for cancelling a subscription.
Privacy and saved work
Our Privacy Policy explains account information, creative inputs, service providers, payment records, analytics and deletion. Browser drafts are separate from saved account projects and may be lost when browser data is cleared. Public showcase use requires permission for the specific version; keep your own copy of important original materials.
Third-party services
Google, AI and media providers, payment processors and destination social platforms may apply their own terms. Review the destination platform’s rules before publishing a downloaded video, including music rights and any required AI-content disclosures. We do not promise platform acceptance, views, followers or revenue.
Availability and changes
We may perform maintenance, update features or restrict access for abuse, security risks, nonpayment or legal requirements. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, fixed generation times or error-free output.
We will communicate material changes where reasonably practical. Updated terms do not remove mandatory rights or retroactively authorize new uses of private content that require separate permission.
Termination and liability
You may stop using the service or delete your account in Settings. Account deletion does not itself cancel a subscription or immediately erase every stored file or record; see the cancellation and privacy sections. We may suspend access for a material breach, unlawful use or significant security risk.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to the service is limited to amounts you paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and disputes
Contact support@facelessreels.si with your account and relevant project or order reference so we can investigate and try to resolve a dispute in good faith. Do not send passwords or full card details. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer protections or your ability to contact an appropriate authority.
If a provision cannot lawfully apply, the remaining Terms continue to apply. A decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it on another.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually, including duplicate charges, incorrect billing and non-delivery. Charges for credits already consumed by delivered services are normally not refundable. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected. See the full Refund Policy for eligibility, how to request a review and processing details.
